Sawtooth Interpretive & Historical Association

Volunteer Today

SIHA is always looking for volunteers!

We need help with attending the Stanley Museum, including building and repairing facilities, cataloging artifacts, organizing photographs, and maintaining the yard.  We also need help assisting with the Sawtooth Forum and Lecture Series, writing reviews of books that SIHA sells, and a number of other fun things!  Volunteer work schedules are created to fit your personal schedule.   Some volunteers help on a regular basis, while others work on a single project.  Volunteers range in age from teenagers to senior citizens.  If you are interested in helping, please call us at 208-774-3517 (summer only) or fill out the form below (or you can download the volunteer form here and send it to us by post).

The Sawtooth and Salmon-Challis National Forests are looking for volunteers.  Volunteer opportunities with the U.S. Forest Service can be found here.
